This is a genuinely old chandelier and carries a beautiful age-related patina throughout the metal frame, which has been intentionally preserved.

Some of the larger crystal elements have small chips consistent with their age. These are not noticeable once the chandelier is hanging and do not detract from its overall appearance.

The chandelier is in working order.

As with all antique and vintage lighting, minor signs of age, wear and previous use are part of the history and character of the piece.
